This Privacy Policy explains how Screenmate L.L.C-FZ ("Screenmate", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you use our website https://screenmate.co and the Screenmate Dash mobile and in vehicle application (together the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy together form your agreement with us.

  1. Definitions

SERVICE means the https://screenmate.co website and the Screenmate Dash mobile and in vehicle application operated by Screenmate L.L.C-FZ.

USAGE DATA means data collected automatically that is generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself, for example the duration of a page visit.

This Usage Data may include information such as:

  • pages of the Service that you visit, time and date of your visit and time spent on those pages

      While we strive to use appropriate means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

       

      1. Your rights under UAE law (PDPL)

      If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, our processing of your Personal Data is subject to Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

      If you purchase products or services through the Service, we use third party payment processors to handle payment transactions.

      We will not store or collect your complete payment card details.
