Q: Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States and to most countries worldwide where delivery is legally and logistically possible. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us at info@screenmate.co.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A:

Delivery within the USA is completely free.
International delivery to other countries costs 45 USD.

Q: How long does delivery within the US take?
A:

Orders are shipped from our California warehouse and typically arrive within 5 business days. Delivery to more remote states may take slightly longer.

Q: How long does international delivery take?
A:

International orders usually take 14–21 days to arrive, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship orders immediately after they’re placed?
A:

Not immediately. Orders are first processed by our team and then scheduled for delivery. Please note that processing occurs only on business days.

Q: Are there additional taxes or customs fees for international orders?
A:

In most cases, no, but it depends on the country.

In many countries, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means we cover all taxes and customs fees, and you only pay a flat international shipping rate of 45 USD.

However, in some countries, DDP is not possible. For these destinations, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total, and you may be asked to pay them to customs or the delivery company when your package arrives.

Q: My tracking information isn’t updating. Is my package lost?
A:

Delays in tracking updates can happen. A package is only considered lost if there are no updates for:

  • 15 days for U.S. orders
  • 20 days for international orders

Q: What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
A:

If your package is confirmed as lost, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@screenmate.co as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Q: What if my address uses non-Latin characters?
A:

Most international carriers require addresses to be written in Latin characters.
Please enter your full address using the Latin alphabet to avoid delivery issues.

Q: What kind of delivery service do you offer?
A:

We provide door-to-door delivery. Couriers will leave the package
at your doorstep — no signature or personal handover required.
