Q: Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that allows us to resell them.

Q: How do I start a return?

To start a return, please:

Wait for our reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send anything back before we confirm.

Q: What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
A:

Please contact us at info@screenmate.co and include:

  • your order number
  • photos or a short video showing the defect or damage

We will review the case and either send you a new product or offer a refund.

Q: How do refunds work?
A:

If a refund is approved:

  • we will refund the product price to your original payment method
  • we will process the refund within a reasonable time after approval
  • the refund usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Q: Is there a warranty on my product?
A:

Yes. All Screenmate products include a 3-year warranty from the delivery date.

This means if something goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect during normal use, we will take care of it. It does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, accidents, or misuse.

If you think your product has a defect, please email us at info@screenmate.co with your order number and a few photos or a short video. We will check what happened and help with a repair, replacement or another solution.
