Q: Is Powermate compatible with the Tesla Model 3 “Highland” version?
A:

Currently, Powermate Boost and Powermate Performance are not compatible with the Model 3 Highland or RHD cars with Ryzen MCUs.

Q: Will Powermate work if I already have Tesla's Acceleration Boost?
A:

Only Powermate Performance is compatible with vehicles that have Tesla’s Acceleration Boost. Powermate Boost does not offer additional gains in this case.

Q: Can Tesla detect that Powermate is installed?
A:

No, Tesla does not detect the Powermate module. However, we recommend uninstalling it before visiting a service center to avoid any potential concerns.

Q: Will installing Powermate void my Tesla warranty?
A:

According to Tesla’s official Vehicle Limited Warranty, third-party accessories do not void the entire warranty. However, warranty claims may be denied if Powermate is believed to be the cause of an issue. Uninstall the module before service visits as a precaution.
